A private heli-ski trip can mean a full lodge buyout, a private chalet with custom service, or a tailored program for a single group. I coordinate the parts that make it feel effortless: lodge selection, the week's flow, mixed abilities within the group, nightly programming, guest preferences, and the dozens of small details that don't show but always matter.
For guests who value discretion, I keep it quiet and handle the moving pieces directly, including the late roster changes that always seem to come up before departure.

Can a private trip be just my group, or does it have to be a full lodge buyout?
Both work. A private trip can be a private group within a lodge or a private chalet with its own service, or you can take the entire lodge as a full buyout with no other guests. Which one fits depends on your group size and what you want from the week, and I'll help you choose.
How many people does a full lodge buyout take?
It depends on the lodge, since each one holds a different number of guests. Tell me your group size and I'll tell you which lodges work for a full buyout and which suit a private group instead. Generally it's between 30 and 40.
Can you arrange custom service, like a private chef, entertainment, or a special occasion?
Yes. I've coordinated everything from private chalets with their own chef to a music performance at the lodge and a proposal on the mountain. Tell me the occasion and the details, and I'll build the week around them.
I'm arranging this on someone else's behalf. Can you work directly with an assistant or office?
Absolutely. I've planned the same CEO's annual trip for years running, coordinated end to end with their office. Tell me the standard you're held to and I'll meet it.
How far in advance should I book a private trip or buyout?
The earlier the better. Full buyouts and peak weeks are the most in demand and go first, so more lead time means more options. Full buyouts are generally planned starting about 1.5 years in advance because it takes longer to fill the spaces. I can help you with that process.
Is my trip kept private and discreet?
Yes. For guests who value discretion, I keep things quiet and handle the moving pieces directly, including any late changes before departure.
