Group & Club Heli-Ski Trips

You bring the people. I'll handle the herding.

Ski clubs, friend groups, corporate trips, and mixed-ability crews. Getting everyone on the same trip is the hard part, and it's the part I take off your plate.

What I take care of

  • Timing and peak-season strategy, so you get the dates and lodge you actually want.
  • Fluid rosters, because someone always drops, adds, or changes their mind. I keep it moving.
  • Mixed abilities, matching the lodge and program so the strong skiers and the building skiers all have a great week.
  • Room and logistics, down to securing single rooms after they've sold out when I can.

How it works

Send me the rough shape of it: how many people, roughly what abilities, and your target window. I'll come back with lodge and program options that fit the whole group and a plan to lock in the dates.

Why a group organizer keeps coming back

Anne has helped me plan progressively larger trips since we started, from two people to multiple groups and a full lodge buyout. From advising on timing and securing peak-season slots to managing roster changes and varying abilities, her insight and responsiveness remove all the stress of the booking process.

Andrew J.Group organizer, lodge buyout

Group trip questions, answered.

What size group do you plan for?

Anything from a handful of friends to a full lodge buyout. Tell me roughly how many you have in mind and I'll point you to the lodges and programs that fit the group.

Can our group have mixed abilities and experience levels?

Yes. Mixed abilities are the norm, and the right lodge and program keep the strong skiers challenged while anyone building their powder skiing is well supported. First-timers and veterans can absolutely travel together.

What happens if our roster changes before the trip?

That's expected, and it's part of what I handle. People drop, add, and switch plans, and I keep the booking moving so you don't have to chase it. Just keep me posted as things shift.

Can you handle rooming and the rest of the logistics?

Yes. I coordinate rooming, timing, and the trip details for the whole group. I can secure single rooms even after they've sold out. You get one point of contact for all of it.

How far in advance should we book a group trip?

The earlier the better. Peak weeks and the most popular lodges go first, and bigger groups need more lead time to place everyone together. If you have a target window, reach out early and I'll help you secure it.

Ikon Pass

Ikon Pass holders in your crew?

Every Ikon Pass holder (excluding the Session Pass) unlocks real credits at CMH, up to $2,000 CAD for full pass holders, that apply to your group trip. I'll confirm what each pass unlocks and factor the credits into the plan, at no added cost.

Let's get your group on the mountain.

Whenever you're ready, I'm a single point of contact for the whole trip. Send me the rough shape of it and I'll take it from there.
